Growth Hacking

Growing is succeeding

We we say "growth hacking" we are saying we will coach you to help your business grow, with your employees, brand and communications at your back. Its raising the sail and pointing your business in appropriate direction at the appropriate time with relevancy.

The biggest missed opportunity to grow your business is when profit gets in the way. Oftentimes your employees want raises, prices are going up and you have not gained a single step forward. Its about how you think of why you are in business in the first place.

Don't misunderstand the fact that profit is great, its mostly about how current and potential customers perceive why you love what you do. Businesses today are leaning toward being more diverse, more agile, and more inviting than ever. Try to over do those critical behaviors and customers will see right through it.

Taking small, confident steps toward an opportunity to grow is big. In fact if you don't have a way for customers to tell you what they want, then you need to let us coach you on making sure you know how and when to check your six!

One thing is for sure with growth, you can't do it alone. Your people are the key to moving the needle to the green, communicating your business, and on your behalf. Plus they are skilled, confident and ready to create delight and inviting opportunity's for customers...right?

We are getting reports that "personalization" is going away. Customers are don't care about personalization, they want proof that you can delight them, and they want it now. The marketing world is wondering what to do with all those lead tools and fancy annoying pop ups that noone ever fills out.

In consulting we can always feel good that a customer succeeded after the consultation, but its not always what we see. Most often the businesses we coach apply some of what we teach, but we've seen businesses adapt their own way of successful growth.

If you can give yourself credit, learn what you can and take small steps in the right direction, you will be your own best mentor.
